My parents have been using TJ tax for a few years now and last year we decided to try them after a few years of poor service elsewhere . They were great ,very efficient. My father passed away in Decmber and I am so overwhelmed by everything in re the paperwork, dealing with the government etc. I was pleased to have the opportunity to meet with TJ himself when I asked to sit down and discuss my situation. I have to say, he was so compassionate, caring and most helpful. My mind is now at ease and I am less stressed about this whiole situation.I am so happy to have switched places for my taxes and highly recommend TJ tax to everybody.

BEST experience ever! They are friendly, courteous and efficient. Dropped my taxes off on a Sat. morning and I received the call on Tues. to pick up. Originally had dropped my taxes off at H&R Block, on a Sat. and was told it would be a few days. After waiting a week I called to find out what was happening only to be told it would be another 2 weeks as they were too busy. I went down personally to cancel, the receptionist was very rude and finally the boss came out and she could do it immediately. I said No Thanks. So happy to have found TJ tax and will highly recommend to others!

Worst experience ever. On the year I earn the lower amount of money, a bit more than 27K, I found myself having to pay in between the Province and the Federal taxes about $900. They promise to have the taxes done in 5 days and they took 10 days. I took my papers and hire another accountant and got a taxes return. Not much, but I didn't have to pay.
